Abilene Christian beats Incarnate Word 71-68 in OT | |
SAN ANTONIO (AP) Reggie Miller sank a 3-pointer late in overtime that gave his team the win as Abilene Christian narrowly beat Incarnate Word 71-68 in a regular season finale on Saturday. The score was tied 68-68 when Miller got an assist from Payten Ricks and drained a 3-pointer for the winning edge with 38 seconds remaining in the overtime period. The Cardinals missed two 3-pointers in the final seconds. Clay Gayman posted 16 points and seven rebounds for Wildcats (20-11, 15-5 Southland Conference).
